ReedzSolution is the Forum which provides Free Computer Technical Support to all Computer Users of all Experience levels So, it is important to keep this board clean for everyone's comfort and these following rules are here to help it.


Note : There may be modifications anytime, so we invite you to re-read it regularly.


1. Do not double post, we don't always answer in time but we always
get around to reading them so be patient. Post in the English language SMS (cell phone) style message,
L3375P34K (leetspeak) and deliberate mistakes must be avoided.
Non-English people, as well as English people, must be able to understand what you write, so put a minimum of care in your English,
even if your English is not very good

Flood and off-topic : Flood must be avoided. One-word posts such like "lol", "rofl" or a single smiley must be avoided.
You must also avoid to post the same topic twice, it will not be faster for you to get a response. As long as you topic is not in the second page of the support section, it is useless to up it.
The minimun delay between two Ups is 24 hours, according to this board's default timezone (GMT 2). If you make a mistake, please use the button at the top-right of your post, to avoid double-posting

2. Before requesting support or anything else, use the 'search' feature listed at the top of this forum page to see if someone else has already covered it.

3. Do not ridicule inexperienced users. Do not be abusive, threatening or intimidating in any way towards other members and staff.

4. Always try to be polite when asking something.

5. Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

6. If you have any problems or issues with another member, contact a staff
member in private (do not carry arguments onto the open board).

7.The Administration reserves the rights to reassign user names and free up
any popular names already used by long term inactive, low post members
(If requested).

8. Porn, nudity, child pornography, offensive posts & abuse,terrorism,politics, criminal or illegal activity related posts, discrimination against race or religion, religious posts etc! WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, users will be banned on the first sighting. Be sure of this!

9. Copying/ripping of articles/posts from ReedzSolution is prohibited. If you wish to do so, contact any of our Administrators and request for further permission.

10. A Specific topic title should be used so that people with the respective knowledge of the subject can address your issue.

11. After a solution has been posted and a reply has not been received after 7 days, we will assume your problems has been addressed and we will mark the topic as 'Solved'.

12. Usernames should not contain e-mail addresses, bad & strong words ,website links or vulgar words. In doing so, you will be asked to change your username or your account will be deleted.

13. You may post content on this site, so long as the content is not:

* Illegal
* Obscene
* Threatening
* Defamatory
* Hateful
* Invasive of privacy
* Infringing of intellectual property rights (such as copyright and trademark rights)
* Racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
* Otherwise harmful or injurious to third parties.

14. We maintain the right to do any of the following, at any time, with or without prior notice and permission:

* change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our Site;
* refuse, move, edit, or remove any Content;
* refuse to register any user name that may be deemed offensive;
* establish general practices and policies concerning the Site;
* restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Site;
* deactivate/delete ANY user account if we so see fit without explanation.

In case of violation of the rules above, your post may be deleted and you may be banned from ReedzSolution altogether.
