Some Windows XP users might have the 'trouble' of having a blue background color in their desktop icons, making your desktop 'ugly'!(as shown in the image below).




It can be easily 'solved' by doing the following simple steps!

• Right-click My Computer icon on your desktop or Start Menu
  
• Select Properties - Advanced - and click Settings(under Performance section)
  
• Then under Visual Effects, choose Custom and just check "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop"
  
• Finally click OK! That's all! The 'Ugly' blue background color will not be there anymore in the desktop icons!
