looking to build not only our membership base, but also our numbers of
quality staff.

Remember, a Moderator position is not a Commitment, it is rather a Privilege.

You Do NOT need to dedicate your time to visit the boards Daily, Weekly or even Monthly!
But you will still be expected to help out in some way from time to time.

You will be given the authority to:
Edit/Delete user Posts.
Enter Private Forums that Normal Members cannot see or Enter.
Make decisions as to what is allowed on these Forums.
Ban/Suspend members for inappropriate conduct.
And much more!

I will insist again!
You must not abuse your power as a Moderator in any case!
You can be reported by normal Members,
And if you are found to be guilty of unfair treatment to the members, you can potentially use your Title at once.
